• We will accept the return of any product that you purchase from us within 14 days if the product is un-opened and un-used.
• Unwanted goods - Secretlily does operate a Sale or Return policy. Any credit for goods returned to us as unwanted will be subject to the following conditions:
• The goods must be unused
• The goods must be in their original condition & packaging
• The goods must be received by us within 14 days from the day you receive your order
• Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable

N.B. If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
